What is happening?

In such a competitive start up market, Replica has been unable to secure funding to ensure the continuation of the business and as such is closing down operations at the end of June 2025.

When will the closure take effect?

All operations will cease on June 30, 2025.

What will happen to my account?

Your account will be deactivated and all access will be removed on June 30, 2025.

Will I be able to retrieve my data?

Yes, you will be able to retrieve your data until June 30, 2025. It is recommended that you download your data before this date.

What steps should I take to save my data?

If you have voice lines that are in your history you should download them and store them somewhere outside of Replica Studios as your access will be removed on June 30, 2025. 

What happens to my credits?

All credits will cease to exist and accounts will lose access as of June 30, 2025, including legacy pay as you go users. The Replica Studios service will no longer be functioning and as such no credits will remain. 

Will I receive a refund?

Refunds will be processed for any accounts that have renewed or made purchases in the 5 days preceding this announcement.
Those that have annual accounts will have pro-rata refunds made for remaining periods in their active subscriptions.
Purchases made prior to 22nd May 2025 will not be refunded as you will have until June 30 to access the product and use the purchased credits in-line with current terms of service.
